我上個月剛開始練伏地挺身的時候只能做5下而且隔天肌肉酸痛但是這幾天我發現自己只能做15下3組回家肌肉也完全不會酸痛 (沒有痛覺就覺得沒長肌肉)而且我有持續的增加做的量(被逼著做到50下)請問 問題出在哪裡?...Showmore
