我是國二生身高:160體重:43我最近想要練腹肌跟臂力請大家教我該怎麼練我一天都做600下仰臥起坐我做了幾天隱約發現了一點點腹肌這樣練有效嗎??還有聽人家說練臂力要做伏地挺身,可是我伏地挺身做的很累也很吃力,做個10下就沒力了,,我該怎麼練臂力呢??用啞鈴有用嗎??不好意思點數很少,,只用送5點!!
