我現在是早上8點半上班晚上6點下班回到家吃飯大概是6點50分我現在身高176體重90握想減到60~65我回到家應該要什麼時候運動要如何飲食(怎麼吃要吃哪些東西)運動方面我是想要練彈跳力籃球運球舉啞鈴伏地挺身仰臥起坐請大大幫我規劃一下我應該要怎麼樣運動(項目先以上面幾樣為主)我需要有效快速的減
