我每天早餐只喝一杯無糖優酪乳中午自己從家裡帶午餐(飯約一碗、青菜、一顆蛋、一塊肉類)晚餐吃適量水果我不喝有糖飲料~都只喝水(一天下來約喝3000~4000CC)我一天一定慢跑5000公尺、500下仰臥起坐、200下伏力挺身、500下開合跳睡眠時間23:00~07:00為啥這樣我還是都瘦不下來反而越來越胖阿??請問有哪位大�
