小弟今年20歲身高178CM體重58~60KG之間想要練身材因為現在身材都瘦瘦的也沒有肉..該怎樣才能練成有腹肌.胸肌呢?我以前有在自家練做伏地挺身仰臥起坐但是都沒效果是因為吃不胖跟只追求次數嗎例如一天做幾下草草了事之類的..請問大大該怎樣是有效在自家健身跟飲食呢?聽人家說是要在睡前做到沒力搭�
