目前165cm65kg每周3000m游泳/天--4-5天還有作些伏地挺身和仰臥起坐想了解若想瘦身並且練出一些肌肉1.還要注意一些什麼?2.或搭配些什麼?3.另外有個疑惑?就是用bmi值算出我大約60kg是標準,但是我有練肌肉的話肌肉重量會比較重,那適中的強壯度體重會是多少?(例如:沒練健身的人60公斤,練健身的人應該比較重��
