我國三!每天上學騎腳踏車所以小腿肌肉非常結實大家捏我都不會痛那樣我現在每天都有做伏地挺身1個基數大約50下左右後面雖然累了但一個基數絕不會低於30累積下來約250~300下<<睡前做(並不是整天累積下來而是睡覺前那段時間累積下來共300下)"現在胸肌有一點點了"可是我看都不覺得明顯我現�
