到底是要一次做很多下好還是要量力而為?利用板作用力我可以一次65下但問題....會有快脫臼的感覺(可能是我太瘦的關西)而且我也不是甲種體格之後的幾天都會覺得怪怪的!感覺好像對關節很不好...板作用力的65下前面的60下1分鐘之內達成後面那5下沒記時硬ㄍㄧㄥ出來的!(別懷疑那60下是真實的)標準動作!
