畢業之後要當兵了想先鍛鍊身體每天都做大概150下左右的伏地挺身(分開作一次大慨15~20下)持續快3個禮拜了...發現體重暴肥...我運動前後一個小時不會去吃東西阿~~只喝水飲食活動也跟以前正成體重卻直直上升不知道問題出在哪裡--?...Showmore
