伸展動作的瓶頸 - 跑步

在做瑜珈的半輪式或輪式,發現膝蓋到髖骨間都很難伸展開來,跑步和騎單車似乎都會使得這個狀況更難獲得進展。如果想要伸展開來,是我的方法錯誤?還是時間還不夠?
