我現在睡前有在做腿部運動是腳跟身體呈90度然後雙腳交叉做50下請問像這類的運動要作多長的時間才可以達到效果呢?我是蘿蔔腿腿很粗想快點瘦腿但每次做的運動好像都沒達到我想要的效果我該怎麼辦呢?...Showmore
