過不久就是暑假了我打算每天早上去游泳1天游20趟總共是遊1公里然後每天都做500下仰臥起坐雙手各舉300下的啞鈴請問這樣會瘦嗎?游泳是全身的但好像不太夠仰臥起坐是瘦小腹瘦的了嗎?啞鈴是瘦手臂瘦的了嗎?我要怎樣才能瘦大腿和屁股?還有不知為什麼我是男生胸部卻有點肉要怎樣瘦胸部的肉?我並不是�
