做重量運動時的拉筋 - 運動

我希望身體能練的健壯點所以都有在鍊我有做伏地挺身啞鈴仰臥起坐三項我做運動前都有拉筋可是就是一個地方拉不到應該說不知道怎麼拉就是後腦到肩膀那部份的肌肉{好像叫斜方肌}拉不到其他像後背部手部二頭肌.三頭肌等請問有人知道哪些動作可以拉到嗎??因為拉筋比較不會受傷現在那邊受傷很難��
