我是一位工讀生現在高2因為從小就一直是這種肥胖的身材最近想開始改善也有持續再做一些運動(伏地挺身,仰臥起坐)可是上網查的時候大部分的都說那樣只會消除人體的水分?要消除脂肪的話要做30分鐘以上的運動我因為白天要上班晚上要上課平常早上7點出門晚上11點才回家實在沒什麼時間做那樣的運動
