我想要知道怎樣運動才不會造成運動傷害、我很想長高所以我都會去慢跑、跳跳高、跳跳繩、拉拉單槓、打球等等…..我不知道跑步會不會讓小腿肌肉健壯而讓骨骼定型影響長高?跳高或跳繩要用腳間著地還是用腳跟著地比較不會傷到脊椎與骨頭呢?走路常常掂腳尖有助長高嗎?還有做哪些運動也可以長高��
