我們學校兩個禮拜後要舉行班際籃球賽為了球賽我打算這兩個星期早上都要早起跑到大約一公里遠的場地練投籃然後再慢跑回家里程數:約2KM總時間長:約1個半小時請問我應該先吃早餐休息30分鐘再開始跑還是先做玩運動再吃早餐?哪種對身體比較好呢?
