幾乎每天都會鍛鍊伏地挺身ˋ舉啞鈴我56公斤鍛鍊玩過了一天還會感到緊繃所以必須休息一天我最多只願意休息一天,沒鍛鍊感到很可惜我只想快點變很壯1。我體重輕,肌肉修復是否會比較快呢?2。還感受到緊繃,可以繼續做伏地挺身嗎?
