身高約176體重約62左右....每天固定25*8一次玩休息一分鐘下壓至胸部碰觸地板...上則手臂成九十度再下壓我的問題有:(1)往上挺的時候手部90度下壓及大於90度再下壓功能或是有其他方面不同嗎?(2)25為一組共八組每組玩休息一分鐘再重複動作與其他40*550*4之類有什麼差異嗎?(3)是否有其他建議或是改進的地��
