小弟上半身很瘦很單薄身材被嫌到沒什麼自信我沒有錢可以上健身房我每天在家做伏地挺身90-分3次仰臥起坐90-分3次舉啞鈴正握25-分3次舉啞鈴舉手25-分3次舉啞鈴側握25-分3次14磅...做完手超酸的..最後一次都是很ㄍ一ㄥ的把它做完1-6這樣的訓練...禮拜天休息有時因為有事沒做.但起碼一個禮拜會做4次..持續
