小弟我想請教有效的手腕與胸肌養成.每天都有伏地挺身與舉啞鈴的習慣(六,日兩天為休息日不做訓練),早上起床盥洗完先做40下伏地挺身,到了晚上洗澡前會做伏地挺身與10p啞鈴(垂放彎曲)的綜合訓練,基本上就是:35下伏地挺身=>左右手各70下啞鈴=>35下伏地挺身=>左右手各70下啞鈴=>35下伏地�
