我是小6的女生,很肥又很矮,153cm,58kg,在班上體育都倒數第4,想減重,我在家找到一個5kg的啞鈴,每天有空1支手就輪流做150下(共300,有休息),但是超過157下手會痛,痛到做不下去,隔一段時間(同一天),做1、2下又很痛。小學生減肥不能用啞鈴嗎?那哪種運動適合呢?
