我其實滿瘦170--58健身只是剛好在做兵長期的伏地挺身引體向上身體果然開始長肌但卻發生右手臂明顯大過左手左胸的厚度也明顯比右胸紮實這是神麼情況...怎麼練平均...(左右肩一直都是左高又低可能從小慣性用右肩背東西)
