各位您好:我想變壯,可以在幾個月中慢慢練,請問各位有高手能幫我配訓練表嗎??還有動作的解釋,如果比較簡單的動作,就不用解釋嚕@如:伏地挺身..等等例如:星期一伏地挺身幾下等等........之後可以慢慢加本人現在最多做30個==如果還有飲食方面的訴說會很好哦@@
