我現在十六歲要十七,因為體格算瘦,不知道為什麼都吃不胖的所以手臂看起來就很細,前陣子看到知識+說做伏地挺身可以讓手臂變粗於是上個禮拜開始每天做30下(逐日增加)到現在45下,及30仰臥起坐(個人現在每天都有吃綜合維他命、牛奶、蛋 身高170左右)問題來了:請問做伏地挺身、仰臥起�
