我爬了很多文章~都說什麼建議吃xx高蛋白...xx食品的...建身一定要吃那個嗎??(因為在外讀書租房子沒有多的錢買那些東西...我知道吃那個會練比較快!!吃其他的東西也不知道要吃什麼..像蛋的話一天要吃幾個呀??牛奶要喝幾cc才夠給肌肉吸收??想說食材最好就容易可以買到直接食用的~因為本人唯一可以亨飪
