請問伏地挺身壓重做10下3組做到滿有沒有臥推的效果呢?另外做仰臥腿上舉約40下三組後腹部非常痠之後再做普通的仰臥起坐會感覺做不太起來硬做幾下也較沒有剛開始做的酸熱感這是表示我的仰臥腿上舉姿勢正確有練到嗎?謝謝...Showmore
