我是在家自己運動舉啞鈴跟抑臥起坐...問題是~1.在舉啞鈴的時候到底是做完一手換一手or兩手一起做好呢??2.做十天後雖然每天有增加一些次數但發現都不會像前兩天那麼酸痛了(甚至快沒感覺,做完會累也確時有加量抑臥起坐也是如此),是因為量做的還不夠嗎?還是因為12p太輕了要加重(提外話:有人要跟我交
