健身初學者,請教問題 - 健身

我去健身房也算一陣子了,大多都在練胸。不過整個體態看起來還是很弱,我想請教胸部(躺平向上舉.旁邊有槓片.)手臂(往上舉).大腿(往上抬.往前踢).小腿(往下踢).背部(往後拉.往下拉).腹部的肌群如何練(請不要貼文)我不是問訓練方法器材大多我都會了上面的說明是讓各位專家知道我在說哪幾台我是想問怎麼"分配",假如今天練胸,下次要練哪?還是一次每個地方都顧到?還有幾組?一組幾下?請各位專家幫我分配(一個禮拜大概去2~3次)就是盡量上面的東西都要顧到我是想請教這類的東西PS.有時才練沒幾個儀器手就很痠了=.=另外還有一個問題,我每次練大腿時(類似躺著那台:往前踢用到大腿的肌肉)膝蓋都會痠,是不是膝蓋有問題?抱歉可能有點長,誠心發問的小子,感恩!...Showmore
