內容有些長請耐心看完謝謝各為大家好小弟今年17快18了身高17XCM左右體重4XKG是很標準的瘦皮猴我的食量不小但是都長不出肉想說腸胃沒有吸收太多不如用健身逼他吸收多一點所以我開始健身我都在飯後休息30分鐘開始做60下(一次30下)的伏地挺身睡前做80下(有分開做)因為現在要補習還要上課所以三餐+睡��
