自己在家做運動持續有一陣子了,幾乎每天,伏地挺身、舉啞鈴、倒立﹝倒立做伏地挺身﹞‧‧‧等,176cm/58kg體重一直沒增加過,天生吃不胖的我該怎麼做捏?還是我做的方法錯誤,速度﹝例如:做伏地挺身的速度﹞會有影響嗎?還是不能每天做啊?
