我在網路上找到的資料都是重訓後才食用乳清蛋白那在家裡健身的話,是否也可以食用呢?會不會造成因為運動量不足而導致長出肥肉而且在家能做到的肌群也比較有限會不會導致其他部位發胖阿....???我目前在家都的健身大致有伏地挺身200下腹部腿部都大概200~300下還有....不要亂貼資料....煩請有健身的��
