請問..我169~60..BMI..21算正常但是...身體就是肉肉的..腰部也一圈肉最近有上健身房的習慣....之前都是先做有氧跑步40分鐘..然後再去做重量的訓練..可是持續下來..感覺還是肉肉的..所以我想請問一下..我健身順序..是不是不對阿..是要先做\"有養運動\"再做\"重量訊練\"還是先做\"重量訓練\"�
