想請問,會用啞鈴(左右手各5公斤)來練胸肌(仰臥平舉飛鳥上斜平舉飛鳥,但是在練的時候感覺到最後酸的都是手臂,雖然胸肌也會有些感覺,但並不夠強烈,該如何改善?謝謝
