健身一段時間了目前.63公斤不過最近才開始喝高蛋白我是喝補體素90~想請問因為我沒有天天喝~只在健身完後才會喝一次~那請問健身完後喝的那次需喝有幾克的蛋白質會比較好吸收.又不會過量~先不考慮其他飲食所含的蛋白質...只針對健身完後的量吸收效果好之下目前喝是泡20克含17.7克的蛋白質...不知這
