各位健身朋友你們好,小弟目前有在健身,但想長肌肉所以買了奧美X的高蛋白來喝,我目前67公斤,高蛋白的營養標示是一"份量"32公克含有25公克的蛋白質,請問小弟每個禮拜健身2次一次一小時,請問我泡高蛋白飲品的比例(水幾cc跟幾公克的"份量")要多少比較好??感謝健身的朋友們!!
