請問練習單槓一定要每下都把手完全打直嗎?我平常練習除了第一次上槓是打直拉上去...剩下都只打約135度直也可以有一樣的效果嗎?(意即剩45度就完全打直了)因為我發現每下都完全打直我每組根本拉不了幾下...感覺似乎都沒訓練到而且第二下以後的每一下若打直在拉...左手上臂都會有筋肉打結的怪異觸�
