小弟身高180體重75我上禮拜一開始去健身房健身想要練出肌肉線條可是很奇怪我上禮拜做一做回家後很酸這禮拜做卻不怎麼累也沒有酸到底為何呢?我每個禮拜一三五練練的時候先慢跑30分鐘在開始做二頭肌三頭肌肩膀腹肌擴背肌胸肌請問我這樣可以嗎?還有健身有甚麼要注意的地方嗎?比如說怎麼樣才確定
