健身房運動的順序目前知道是先熱身-拉筋-重練訓練-伸展-有氧運動那重量訓練器材的順序要怎麼排比較好?(胸.背.臂.腹.腿)有氧運動是要騎腳踏車還是跑步機?兩者的效果麻煩說明一下?小弟我主要是想瘦腰.臀.大小腿和練一點線條有上過幾次健身房的經驗之後大概一個禮拜會上一次健身房每次約兩小時左�
