小弟目前健身都是在家中健身,每天都會花一小時左右舉舉啞鈴....利用伏立挺身器做伏立挺身....已經持續一年多了,身高183原來是瘦高體格,現在身體變厚了,體重由63增加至73,手臂肌肉已經有明顯變大,胸肌也增大許多,肩膀變寬,舉啞鈴時都是速度慢,伏立挺身也是速度慢,有查過如果要讓肌肉�
