目前想讓身體線條胸肌跟腹部出現4塊肌.怎辦到阿.現在每天早上都去爬山.下午騎鐵馬.晚上做仰臥起坐跟伏地挺身可是沒辦法讓胸部很大塊肌肉出來.以前以為多吃點肉.所以晚上都去買雞排啃.(晚上只吃一餐自助餐吃很多.早.中午都沒吃)可是變很胖腹肌也沒出來每天作1百下左右(中間有陣子沒段練.不過有�
