想請問有經驗的大大們我想要練胸肌腹肌我一天府地挺身50下不過不是連續的我有爬文過休息不能超過3分鐘所以我3分鐘以內做了50下我腹肌是用U字型撐著我比較想問的就是我做完全都會喝一杯鮮奶(林鳳X牌的)是做完喝?還是先喝在做?還是都沒差?哪種比較容易練成以上的都請幫我解答請大大不要複製貼上
