我現在是每天固定同一時間運動,伏地挺身40下,舉啞鈴15磅各100下,跳繩50,像這樣做有需要給肌肉休息,或者是說運動幾天然後需要休息幾天嗎?想說怎樣可以練出胸肌跟手臂。如果覺得沒有什麼進展是不是需要更加練習的數量,才能有更明顯的感覺呢?!...Showmore
