發炎該如何處理 - 運動

因為做工地一整天下來,回家後發現腳伸不直且會輕微抽蓄...後來看醫生,醫生說大腿內側到腳踝整條筋路都發炎要我冰敷並開消炎藥及肌肉鬆弛給我吃...還說不能做運動....右手手腕也不太能折,不能撐地做伏地挺身等運動。。。我想也是發炎吧!吃了2.3個禮拜的藥還是沒有效呀!該怎麼醫?都一個月沒運
