之前健身時 後面的頸椎和上背部都會莫名的感到壓力後來就受傷了 休息了好一陣子最近又開始健身還是發現我不管用什麼器材 幾乎都會讓頸椎感到出力會有壓力的感覺然後頸椎和上背部就整個很不舒服 好像發炎受傷的樣子想請問要怎麼避免這樣的情形呀我的重量都用很輕啊 除非輕到沒感覺 �
