本人目前是一名上班族。由於從學生時代開始的嗜好,所以從今年3月開始進行健身和減重的計劃。目前雖然已經接近我要的目標了(175cm,63kg),但還是想請各位先進針對我目前的訓練計劃提出建議:星期一:慢跑10K後加半小時的重訓星期二:休息或游泳1~1.5小時星期三:慢跑45mins後加半小時重訓星期四��
