我大概有半年沒鍛鍊身體昨天去健身房鍛鍊上肢~軀幹~下肢強度大概只有60~70%15下二組~鍛鍊前後都有做約20~30分鐘的伸展操隔天胸肌~二頭肌酸痛~下肢軀幹還好沒到痛我有個疑問映象中有聽人說過肌肉酸痛是由於某某東西需要慢跑運動去驅散他......我想問的是當鍛練到全身肌肉酸痛的時候隔天要怎麼做才�
