篇幅稍長希望能夠仔細幫我一一解答對於健身一竅不通是個大四生一直很羨慕那種壯有肩膀肌肉的體態想全身都練到不巧我是個瘦排骨體重一直維持55上下費盡很多才上升到76左右17776可是外觀沒變胖的只有大腿和肚子而且我腸胃不好我在Y拍買了滾輪室內單槓伏地挺身的輔助把手握把四樣還有什麼需要夠
