爬文看到三種不同的答案.可能一堆都是用複製的.現在請那些本身有在運動的人替我解答.網路複製如:1.人體一天需蛋白質2gX體重.建議多補充.2.每日1~3次.一次吃ㄧ份(約20~30g)3.運動完30分左右補充一份(約20~30g).吃太多對腎不好.以上哪個是正確的?或有更詳細解答~謝謝~請別再複製了.看了頭很痛....Showmore
