請問,做健身的重量訓練在休息的時候,可以吃高蛋白質的食物嗎?像是雞蛋的蛋白,吃完再繼續做重量訓練,一直反覆吃蛋白質一直反覆做重量訓練,這樣會幫助肌肉比較快的成型嗎?請告訴我,謝謝
