我第一次上健身房.去了兩天.一開始暖身先跑步10幾分鐘.教練叫我先搖呼拉圈.在用一台瘦小腹的機器做100下.在做仰臥起坐10下.循環做3組再來鍛鍊胸肌.兩天下來我的腰因為搖呼拉圈搖到淤青.全身好像抽筋一樣...是因為太久沒運動的關係嘛?還是這是正常的?今天第3天我該繼續練還是休息一天.....
